Oh, ok, so I never actually wrote this blog post, that's a bit annoying
I bought some Lakeland bakeware before Christmas and made some really cute little mince pies and some really rubbish pfeffernusse (my eggs were old and they ended up really flat - I didn't even bother to ice them)
That's about as interesting as it gets, so here's a couple of pictures
No, those ones are the good ones from last year... See how they're nice and bulbous? Well, that didn't happen this time
These ones are the flat rubbish ones...
And those are the beautiful little mint spies, well, the ones that made it to get photographed! That's a 24-hole tin and I had to make more :) great piece of kit from Lakeland though.
